Do you require a deposit?
When is the balance due?
There is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Deposit amount depends on the package you have selected. This deposit goes towards to final cost of the session. The remaining balance is due the morning of the session.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel fee's are included in the price within 60 mi of Louisa VA.
An additional $.50 per mile will be added to the final cost for any locations outside of that range, unless prior agreements have been made.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hour before your session, and your deposit can be transferred to a future sessions. Cancelations or no-shows result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
In the week leading up to the day of the shoot, I keep a close eye on the weather and will keep you informed of any weather changes predicted. If the weather is not ideal, we will work together to schedule a new date, at no additional expense.
What should I wear?
I recommend solid or neutral colors that complement your location and skin tone. Avoid busy patterns or bright neon tones; simple, timeless looks always photograph best. I'm happy to help you plan your outfits before your shoot!
Can I have the raw files?
No, I do not provide unedited or RAW files. Each photo you receive is carefully edited to reflect my style and quality standards.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Pets are part of the family. Just let me know ahead of time so we can ensure the location we choose is pet friendly!
Can I book an indoor/studio session?
I don't currently have a studio. I focus on natural light photography in beautiful real-life spots throughout Central Virginia. From quiet parks to charming downtown streets; I love capturing genuine, relaxed moments, and will help you find a location that feels perfectly you!
